Olivia is the 2026 Statue of the Year.
For our figurines, the name is essential: it tells the personality and story behind each model. In particular, the Statues of the Year are linked by the sequence of the Italian alphabet: the thirteenth letter is O, Olivia.
Olivia, like the olive tree, whose green is echoed in the colours of this statue.
The olive tree is above all a symbol of peace and prosperity, concepts that matter to us now more than ever.
We feel a kinship with its age-old calm, adaptability and resilience: the same patience, dedication and trust are needed to do our work. Olivia is meant, in a way, to be a hopeful sign for the future, which remains veiled to us as if behind a fan of courage and faith.
Here, then, is Sibania’s new Statue of the Year: shy, yet with a gaze full of curiosity and wonder. Her seemingly coy pose lets her stay apart and admire what surrounds her. Delicate in her corolla-shaped dress made of tulle petals and green flowers, she still doesn’t give up a touch of character, with her amethyst-coloured fan, which she uses to hide her longing to be known.
Height: 24 cm.
